Here's a work in progress for the Avalanche blog that i pooped out on. The topic was spaceman. I'll finish it after i learn how to paint. i've never had problems with blogger's colors until I posted this.
^^ more loose watercolor stuff. i like vehicles and props and environments. I will be doing more of them. School starts in a week. So say we all.
went to miami this last week to watch my brother play, it was the dolphins first preseason game. I brought my sketchbook but i don't think i drew once while i was there. i did these before i left.
So it's become a pretty big trend lately for artists to sell their work online, either in prints or sketchbooks. A lot of people make some pretty good money off it. There's an ebook that Fuel for Art puts out that really goes over the step by step process of doing this. Reading through it, it has some really valuable information and tips, along with amazing lists of helpful websites.
I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to make some money with their talents and getting into the Art Business
i get really lazy when it comes to scanning sketchbook pages lately. Most of these are from avalanche lunch sketches or open drawing sessions, or just random junk.
I haven't been sketching AS much lately, either- mostly cause I've been animating alot of stuff that I'm not allowed to show (QQ). But my animation internship at Avalanche so far is going great. better than great. better than butter. It's amazing to be around so many talented people, who have such a strong presence in the entertainment art community. Still a little surreal just to interact daily with them. I've been learning so much, I can't even tell you. k maybe I can. But I will not.
